Any discrepancies in your order must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving. We will accept returns within 5 business days of you receiving your order, but the coins must be in the same condition we sent them to you in. Rolls of coins must not be open. Due to a quickly changing market, any order totaling over $1,200 is not eligible for return. All returns must have an RMA (Returned Merch Authorization) # otherwise they cannot be processed. Refusing delivery of an order does not constitute a valid return. Returns processed in this manner are subject to a 15% restocking fee
